Find Support That Works For You

This is not an exhaustive list, it’s intended to be  a starting point – to learn more about facing what stops the conversation from happening and to find support.  This directory includes textlines, hotlines, support groups, agencies, and other assistance services and professional support.

This list will continue to grow over time.  If you have a suggested service for this directory, please send a note to info@theconversationproject.ca and let us know!  When possible, please offer a national level suggestion.
